What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us via phone or e-mail. Please be aware that custom orders that are already in progress may not be changed or canceled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally, but you are responsible for checking your local laws to make sure there are no legal restrictions on receiving the product(s) you order. If we discover an issue during the shipping process, we will cancel your order and refund it.

Are my payment details secure?

Yes.  We use security measures to encrypt your information so that your sensitive data is protected.  Our security is symbolized by a padlock icon in the URL bar.

How long until I get my delivery?

For in stock orders, we strive to get your shipment out the same day or the following business day if ordered on a weekend or holiday.
